The position I had was an on-site coordinator for the vendor that handles a large part of this hospitals medical transcription. Unfortunately, the powers that be decided that they can no longer afford to keep this position. That means I got the chop!
This really stinks... a big smelly pile o' stink too! I loved my job and I was very good at it. And, if someone isn't doing that job, the other ladies in the office have to take over those responsibilities. They are already swamped with their own jobs, how are they supposed to find time to do this job too?
All of that aside, it means that I have to start job hunting again. I absolutely loathe job hunting.
